1. المدة الزمنية: طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال متاحة فقط خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
2. حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تماماً (غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، ويحمل جميع التيكيت والملصقات الأصلية وفي غلافه الأصلي).
3. الحالات المقبولة للاسترجاع: يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالتين التاليتين:
   - وجود عيب صناعة أو مشكلة واضحة في جودة القطعة.
   - استلام مقاس خاطئ (مختلف عن المقاس الذي قمت بطلبه عبر الموقع).
